Last weeks guest Doctor Voice … gave his insight on how the voice (unknown to most of us) reveals our life history and emotional journey. He tells how we ‘learn’ to speak by copying those around us and rarely realize we can find our own voice (through direction and practice) and will grow in our own power through the process of finding it.
If you fancy checking out Damien’s blog he talks of a chance encounter with a stranger on a London tube journey and the learning he took from the meeting … Its a learning that ties in very well with the philosophy of his program name and ethos, a collection of people that may become friends through time, perhaps the Susan Jeffers assertion that strangers are friends we just haven’t yet met. Its very nice to share their company and with the play-again/downloadable capability it makes this a worthy treat of the week that you can fit in at your own convenience … check out Damien’s show here …

We are going to explore Essential Oils in great detail … including the reasons for using the ‘real mccoy’ and the benefits of their application … either through burning in a water-filled receptacle or by direct application to the skin.
I know when I first heard this it gave quite a jolt … I think at that time I simply hadn’t made that connection, between our internal physiology and the external of everyday living … the ’state’ of our internal body having a great impact on the quality of our external lives.
